 Abstract:  Edward Bushnell (1865-1944) was the son of Ebenezer and Cornelia K (Woodruff) Bushnell. The family moved to Cleveland, Ohio, in the 1880s and Edward became a lawyer. His specialty was estate administration. He was involved in many social and civic activities, including the Cleveland School Board, where he served as president from 1915 to 1917. He was married to Maude Kidder Sherwin. The collection consists of correspondence and financial and legal documents relating to Bushnell's non-legal interests and to several estates which he handled.
